How long does the booking process take? What methods of payment accepted? Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation? And more.

Yes, at UniqueBNB you can make bookings immediately as long as the apartment or house you want is available. After you have entered your travel details and selected a suitable accommodation, you can complete the booking process. However, it is advisable to carefully read the description, house rules and reviews of the accommodation before you book.

UniqueBNB allows quick bookings of special accommodations. We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, direct bank transfer, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Find your ideal destination with us.

  1. Log in to your UniqueBNB account.
  2. Navigate to the "Settings" or "Invoices" section.
  3. Here you can see a list of your saved payment methods.
  4. Select the payment method you want to edit or remove.
  5. Click "Edit" to make changes or "Remove" to delete the payment method.
  6. Confirm the changes and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Make sure you always have at least one valid payment method on file in your account, especially if you have active bookings or reservations.

A booking with UniqueBNB is usually completed within a few minutes. Once you have selected your desired accommodation and entered the necessary payment information, the booking will be processed immediately. You will then receive a confirmation email with all details about your reservation. However, in rare cases there may be delays, for example if there are internet connection problems or payment processing takes longer. In such situations, we recommend waiting a few minutes and checking your emails for a booking confirmation.

  1. Log in to your UniqueBNB account.
  2. Go to the "My bookings" or "Reservations" section.
  3. Find the booking you want to cancel and click on it.
  4. Select the "Cancel" option or a similar icon/button.
  5. Follow the displayed instructions and confirm the cancellation.
  6. After cancellation you will receive a confirmation email.
